CC 33
The CC33 can communicate measured values and status indications on either analog (4-20 mA) or digital (RS-485) signals. The current measured gas concentration is also displayed on the LC display.
A special stack effect ensures an extremely short response time of just a few seconds for quick warning of explosion danger. Three relay outputs provide additional alarm options. Combined with a reliable GfG controller, it can be installed on a new gas detection system or retrofitted to an existing system.
The CC33 uses catalytic combustion (CC) to detect flammable gases and vapors such as methane, propane, and hydrogen, as well as ammonia. The durable sensor makes the 33 series transmitters an economical solution for detecting a wide variety of combustible gases within the measurement range of 0 to 100% LEL and 0 to 4% by volume (NH3).
Automatic temperature compensation and measurement signal linearization ensure high measurement accuracy. In the event of a warning, two red LEDs light up and the display color changes to red. Three optional relay outputs can be used to automatically trigger an explosion-proof buzzer, visual warnings such as flashing lights or vibration in the event of a warning.
