D-ReX is specifically designed for the needs of the semiconductor industry, but will also significantly improve the safety of other applications where toxic, corrosive or flammable gases need to be monitored.

D-ReX is a stand-alone gas detection device for a variety of different applications. The diffusion version monitors gases in the atmosphere at the Point of use (PoU). Gases in difficult or impossible to reach places, such as pipeline systems, can be monitored with an external sensor up to 100 feet away from the Point of Installation (PoI).

D-ReX can be easily integrated into your existing system thanks to Power over Ethernet (PoE) communication and power supply and LonWorks integration (optional). The full-color display will clearly and concisely show all information about the measured gas concentration, threshold values, errors and alarms.

You can choose between electrochemical, catalytic or infrared sensors for more than 30 toxic, corrosive and flammable gases and oxygen. All sensors are pre-configured and supplied in easy-to-replace sensor cartridges. The associated Bluetooth-connected app makes servicing easy and thus minimizes downtime and costs.

Each D-ReX can optionally be equipped with five internal relays (with one freely programmable changeover contact each) used for the implementation of safety procedures.

If your application requires more relays, they can be connected with one of our optional GfG relay modules. The GMA200-RT offers 16 relays with changeover contacts, is available with or without a display and can be mounted on a DIN rail or wall.

The large TFT color display will give you all the necessary information about the measured gas, the measured concentration, the condition of the gas detector and any errors in clear plain text, so you can react immediately.

The display can be set to English and up to five other languages. You can control the device with a Bluetooth-connected app or using the 5-button interface on the side of the display.

To meet the standards of the latest device connectivity options, D-ReX is equipped with a PoE-enabled LAN interface with 10/100 Mbps for secure and fast data transmission.

This allows you to address the D-ReX both from your network and from the internet. Alternatively, we also offer versions for analog integration into a 4-20mA infrastructure or digital communication via a reliable RS-485 (Modbus) industry standard connection.
