SV 111 is a multi-frequency vibration calibrator designed for field verification with ISO 8041. SV 111 is suitable for calibration control of various types of vibration meters at different frequencies from 16 Hz to 640 Hz. selected frequency, the user can select the acceleration calibration level from 1 m/s2 to 10 m/s2, can inspect objects weighing up to 1 kilogram at 16 Hz.
The calibrator design is based on a built-in triaxial reference accelerometer and a microprocessor-controlled stirrer. Following the requirements of ISO 8041, the reference accelerometer means transverse axis/transverse vibration to detect disturbances in the calibration signal.
Falls due to transverse vibrations are indicated by three LEDs on the calibrator panel. This unique solution ensures excellent calibration level and frequency stability, regardless of the mass of the slurry object. To verify the calibration of the triaxial sensor, a special set of adapters is available which includes a special adapter for the full body sensor (seat cushion) from Svantek for direct mounting on the shaker. Other types of vibration transducers can be easily attached via mounting bolts, mounting discs, or certain adapters.
