TeamLink G999L is a portable safety monitor that connects to monitor up to 10 G999 and G888 series gas detection devices via radio. Its compact and robust design, ease of use and range of up to 765 meters in the free field make TeamLink an ideal addition to emergency response teams such as fire departments or service and repair teams working with portable gas detectors in hazardous work areas.

Portable gas detectors are first intended to warn the wearer and people in the vicinity of dangerous gas concentrations. However, this alone is not enough. Information about the alarm and its cause must be available to a supervising person, such as a team leader, squad leader or second-in-command.

This is the only way to warn other team members in an emergency and to initiate action without putting rescuers in danger or wasting too much time protecting themselves from unknown dangers.

The supervising person can see the status of each team member at a glance on TeamLink and can toggle through local readouts. As long as all LEDs are green, all team members are safe. In the event of an alarm, the corresponding team member’s display will change to red, or to yellow in the event of a connection problem.

In addition to automatic alarms caused by local gas hazards, there are also panic alarms (active call for help) and optional man-down alarms.

TeamLink is certified for use up to Ex zone 1 and protected against water and dust ingress according to protection class IP67, making the Connected Safety Monitor suitable for challenging applications.

The rubberized polycarbonate frame offers excellent protection against shock and vibration. The effective design and robust alligator clips ensure optimal wearing comfort. TeamLink is operated via three buttons and a color-backlit display, making it very intuitive to control.
